Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise purchased within 30 days with tags intact and packaging included. Once we receive your unworn/ unwashed return, we will gladly exchange, refund or replace your order. We do not pay for the cost of shipping for returns.

To process a return:

– log into “MY ACCOUNT” at the top of the home page.

– select “ORDER HISTORY & DETAILS”

– select your corresponding order “REFERENCE NUMBER” on the left

– please select the items/ boxes you wish to return and provide an explanation for the return

– finalize the return request by selecting “MAKE AN RMA SLIP”

Once we approve your return, we will provide you with an RMA number to be listed on your outgoing package back to us.
